We are looking for an IT Sales Manager / Account Manager who will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, adeptly managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution. In this dual-faceted role, you will blend your sales expertise with project management skills to not only expand our client base but also ensure the successful delivery of our services

Key competencies:

Upper-Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English is essential.

Knowledge of the technology ecosystem and the ability to comprehend and discuss technical concepts.

Strong ability to prioritize and manage workloads, both individually and for the team, often under tight deadlines.

Proactive approach to teamwork, combined with the capacity to work independently and with self-motivation.

Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

Campaign management:

  • Design, refine, and execute successful email and LinkedIn campaigns to target potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Client relationship management:

  • Actively seek out and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Focus on building rapport and maintaining high-level communication.
  • Understand client needs and propose viable solutions.

Project initiation:

  • Assist in initiating projects by ensuring comprehensive scoping and agreement on business requirements.
  • Provide accurate estimates of costs and timescales.

Project coordination:

  • Coordinate and conduct project review meetings.
  • Ensure tasks are assigned, communicated, and progressed within agreed timescales.
  • Organize project team members and prioritize tasks effectively.

Business development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategies for market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and presentations for clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in IT sales and account management.
  3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
