Trainee account manager

We are opening an internship for the position of junior account manager in a promising area.

The company is a large business that works with web 3 and crypto projects in the field of advertisement and marketing, located in Tallinn, Estonia.

Duration of internship - 3 weeks:
- 2 weeks 2 hours a day,
- 1 week 4 hours a day.
After successful completion of the internship - full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Upsells based on customer base;

• Developing a database of warm clients;

• Maintaining and improving current processes within the account managers department;

• Improving the speed and quality of department work;

• Collecting feedback from clients;

• Maintaining documentation;

• Communication with the team and other departments;

• Managing multiple tasks.

Required skills:

• English B2+ is a must;

• Effective Communication Skills: Mastery in conveying ideas clearly, actively listening, and tailoring messages to different audiences;

• Proficiency in Handling Data: Adeptness in managing, analyzing, and interpreting vast quantities of information using relevant tools and techniques;

• Adaptability: The capability to swiftly adjust to new situations, technologies, and methodologies, staying agile in a dynamic environment;

• Time Management Expertise: Skillful prioritization, organization, and meeting deadlines consistently, optimizing productivity and efficiency;

• Autonomous Learning Capability: The capacity to independently acquire new knowledge and skills, fostering continuous personal and professional growth.
